Fiesta Soft Tacos

Our ground turkey tacos are a better choice that's going to turn your everyday lunch into a fiesta! Wrapped in whole-wheat tortillas, these turkey-stuffed treats will satisfy the biggest taco craving! Bold in flavor, our scrumptious Fiesta Soft Tacos are perfect when you want to leave ordinary behind, even if it's only for a little while.

What You'll Need

1 pound ground turkey breast
1 (1-ounce) package reduced-sodium taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
6 (8-inch) low-carb whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup finely shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
Salsa for garnish (optional)

What to Do

In a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté turkey 6 to 8 minutes or until no pink remains.
In the same skillet, add taco seasoning, mixing according to package directions. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until flavors blend and sauce thickens, stirring occasionaly.
Spoon ground turkey evenly onto each tortilla. Sprinkle each evenly with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Roll tortilla up, jelly-roll style. Garnish with salsa, if desired, and serve immediately.
