Any substitution for egg and cheese. I'm not vegetarian but I just don't do well with any dairy.

Hi there! Unfortunately, the egg and cheese cannot be substituted in this recipe because they are both used to bind the cauliflower muffins together.

These little veggie muffins would be a great healthy snack to offer your guests at your next game day party! And they are so full of healthy ingredients that they would be a great choice for the kids' lunch boxes. A great portable way to get them to eat their veggies!

can I freeze these?

Hi there! The Test Kitchen has not tried freezing this recipe, so cannot recommend doing so. We believe that they might become a little watery after thawing, so we recommend testing one before freezing all of these tasty Mini Cauliflower Muffins. Enjoy!

Hi Receipe sounds good. Only thing,I do not have a food processor my blender is not that great. Can I just try chop the cauliflower small?

Hi there! If you do not have a food processor it's okay to chop the cauliflower in this recipe. Make sure to chop it finely and you'll have the same outstanding results. Enjoy!

Also, although a little more expensive, you can buy already chopped cauliflower in the produce dept with the bagged salad. Not everyone carries it, but it's so much easier than chopping by hand.

Sams'Club sells riced cauliflower for about$ 2.00 a bag
