This Cool as a Cucumber Dip recipe is the perfect appetizer when you need to feel refreshed. It has a light, creamy taste that your tongue will thank you for. Our delicious cucumber dip is made with yogurt and calls for a bit of mint to give it that little something extra. It's the perfect dip for your next summer party! 

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. 
     
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Tzatziki is an awesome dip! It's not just for gyros any more! This is a nice simple version too and most people have all of the ingredients on hand. If they only knew!
