Give our Zesty Coleslaw a try and you'll know why everyone can't get enough of this low-carb deli salad recipe. Vinegar, Dijon mustard and black pepper come together to give a kick that'll make your taste buds happy!

What You'll Need

  • 3 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, and celery.
  2. In a small bowl, combine parsley, mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Add to cabbage mixture. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

Notes

Feel free to use 4 cups of pre-bagged coleslaw mix in place of the shredded cabbage and carrots.
