What You'll Need

  • 1 (1-ounce) package sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and milk; whisk 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
  2. Add pumpkin and whisk until smooth. Spoon evenly into individual serving dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Dollop with whipped topping and serve.
