This taste bud pleasing recipe for Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas will be the talk of the table. A little bit of salsa adds a nice kick to this cheesy classic!

What You'll Need

  • 3/4 cup finely shredded colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 3 (6-inch) flour tortillas

What to Do

  1. Distribute 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons chicken, and 2 tablespoons salsa over half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.

  2. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook quesadillas 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. Cut quesadillas in half to serve.

I make something similar to this for lunch! I've never added salsa though--I'll have to give it a go.

this is nice and easy, quick, and very good. everyone was happy and full.

Not much of a recipe. Similar to telling us how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I've never made a peanut and jelly sandwich. Would you like to give me some directions or is it too simple.
