No need to wait for apricots to be in season to enjoy this delicious fruity dessert. This no-guilt version starts with canned fruit and after a whirl in your food processor you'll be indulging in a tasty light version of Apricot Whip.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) container sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 (15-ounce) can apricot halves in light syrup, rinsed, drained

What to Do

  1. In a food processor, combine apricots, 1/2 cup whipped topping, and almond extract. Pulse until apricots are pureed.

  2. Fold apricot mixture into remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup of mixture into 6 dessert dishes.
