What You'll Need:
  • 4 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 Hass avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut into thin wedges
  • 1 1/2 cup refrigerated pink grapefruit sections
  • 4 tablespoons fat-free vinaigrette dressing
What To Do:
  1. Divide greens equally among 4 salad plates. Arrange avocado wedges and grapefruit sections over greens, distributing evenly. Drizzle with dressing.
