What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Just wondering if jack fruit can be used instead of chicken?

Hi there! Yes, you can absolutely substitute jack fruit for the chicken. Enjoy!

cant wait to give this a try, I'm pretty sure I will love it hope hubby will too thanks ck

I just made this and it was wonderful. It is Good Friday so I made it with shrimp instead of chicken. I am sure I will make it again, maybe with chicken the next time. I love Alfredo sauce but never eat it because of the calories. This sauce was the best substitute I have ever had. My boyfriend went crazy for it.

I love spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute, but I've only tried it with red sauce before. Life changing!

Very good. Husband really liked it and he's not a huge squash fan
