Farm Stand Salad

This is a fresh-tasting change of pace from your normal salads. Our Farm Stand Salad is a colorful delight that's packed with protein and veggies for a flavor combo that's so good, you'll make this a regular menu item! What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked, and chilled
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large tomato, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges
What to Do
- In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the remaining ingredients except the eggs in a large serving bowl; toss lightly. Arrange the egg wedges on top; drizzle the salad with the dressing, and serve immediately.
