What You'll Need

  • 1 pint no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (1-ounce) package instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together the ice cream, whipped topping, pudding mix, and water until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into individual dessert dishes or a serving bowl, and refrigerate 6 hours or until set. Sprinkle with pistachios before serving.

In the ingredients, is the ice cream listed twice? And do you use both whipped topping and whipping cream?
